We ship worldwide with tracked couriers. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination. Orders over $150 ship free.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your order leaves our atelier.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Domestic: 2–5 business days
Europe: 4–8 business days
Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

If your frames aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original case and packaging.

How to Return

Email us at supportfiorvamilano@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Once we receive and inspect your frames, your refund or exchange is processed right away.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return. You'll get an email as soon as it's on its way.
